Processing takes 1–3 business days.

USA delivery – 3–7 business days depending on location.

International shipping times vary by country (7-21 business days).

 

📌 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

(Custom personalized items are non-returnable.)

 

📌Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

 

📌 What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

• Spot clean only

• Do not machine wash

• Do not bleach

• Do not tumble dry

• Air dry only

Nylon

• Spot clean with mild soap

• Hand wash cold if needed

• Do not bleach

Eco-Leather / Faux Leather

• Wipe gently with a damp soft cloth

• Use mild soap if needed

• Do not machine wash

• Do not bleach or dry clean

• Keep away from heat sources

• Store stuffed to maintain shape

Natural Leather

• Gently wipe with dry or slightly damp cloth

• Use leather conditioner occasionally

• Keep away from direct sunlight & humidity

• Do not wash / do not tumble dry

• Store with filler to keep shape

Velvet / Velour

 

• Spot clean only

• Do not rub strongly (may crush texture)

• Steam gently to lift the pile

• Do not bleach

• Air dry

 

Tweed / Wool

 

• Hand wash cold or dry clean only

• Avoid wringing and twisting

• Dry flat on towel

• Steam, do not iron directly

Mesh / Sport Fabric

• Hand wash cold / delicate cycle

• Store away from direct sunlight
