Shipping within the USA: 3–7 business days

International shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Free shipping on orders over $399.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure secure and timely delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and package.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
